Our Border Collie Dogs
Hidden Farms Darwin Darwin is my best friend and assistant. He is always close by, always ready to help and always a pleasure to be together with. He enjoys his position as the only mature male dog in a pack with 11 bitches. All those bitches can be a bit to much from time to time, especially the young ones who adore him and licks him in face all the time. Darwin has sired his first litter in 2003, and I hope the puppies will inherit his excellent temper.
Copperbeau Richard Bucket Richard comes from the Copperbeau breeder in England. He is from the first litter that the Border Collie star Ghostland Copper Charm sired. Richard is a red/white Border Collie with a very good temper. He is very popular with the bitches, and has sired several litters here. Some of his puppies are of the rare lilac colour.
Blue Borders Erasmus Darwin (little Darwin) Little Darwin is a black/white Border Collie and a son after "big" Darwin and Blue Borders Cutie. He is chosen to succeed his father, because he has the same good qualities that his father has. He is a big strong dog, that loves to cuddle and to be close to you. He is very nice to the other dogs and loves to play.
Blue Borders Heartbreaker Heartbreaker is a son of Bonnie and Mobella the Fella. He won our competition for "Future Stud Dog", with his unique combination of good looks, a wonderful temper and his own special personality. He is the only one of our Border Collies than jumps over our high fences (1.6 meter high), but not because he wants to run away - he just wants to be on the other side of the fence. We have great expectations for him as stud dog, and he has already sired his first litter (which he did very well).
Blue Borders Handsome Handsome is also a son of Bonnie and Mobella the Fella. He was placed second in the competition for "Futue Stud Dog" and we are keeping him as a backup for Heartbreaker. He is a nice a and quiet dog that loves to be cuddled with.
Blue Borders Hot-Shot Hot-Shot is also a son of Bonnie and Mobella the Fella. He was not placed in the competition for "Futue Stud Dog" but we are keeping him, because he has such a sweet temper and is very good to take care of the smaller puppies. He is a nice a and quiet dog that loves to be cuddled with.
Blue Borders Rocky Raccoon Rocky Raccoon is a son of Darling and Ghostland Copper Charm, so he is a brother to the royal Border Collie "Ziggy". He is a red tri-colour, and it looks like he will become very much like his farther.
Blue Borders Prince Prince is a lilac/white Border Collie, after Beauty and Richard. He is still a puppy, but he looks very promising, so it will be interesting to see how he does in the future.
