Any puppy sold from Blue Border Kennels can be returned at any time if the owner wishes so, providing the dog is still alive and the owner transfers the registration of the dog back to the kennel.

By returning the dog the owner is entitled to a refund of the original purchase price according to these rules :

When the dog is returned to the kennel we makes sure that the dog is cared for properly for the rest of its life, either by keeping the dog ourselves or by finding a good and suitable home for it.

Why this guarantee ?

Unfortunately statistics show that far to many dogs are put down each year. This is often caused by the fact the the owner does not know how to handle the dog or maybe because circumstances change for the owner so he cannot have the dog anymore.

It is very difficult legally to limit the owners rights to do as they please with the dogs they have bought, because dogs are legally considered things like a chair or a table. So the owners can dispose of the dog as they want to, even though you might have made an agreement stating that the dog cannot be put down without a written consent from the breeder.
